Week 1–2: Foundations (Posture, First Impressions, Basic Etiquette)
Week 3–4: Runway & Business Etiquette Practices + Dining Etiquette
Week 5–6: Facial Expressions, Camera Presence + Communication Etiquette
Week 7–8: Posing & Presentation + Social Etiquette
Week 9–10: Public Speaking, Confidence Building + Professional Etiquette

An empowering experience designed to celebrate every participant, the Poised Top Model Competition offers two professional photo shoots with a model coach, makeup artist, hairstylist, fashion stylist, and art director.
